I just got my analog phone reconnected on Tuesday. The carrier that did it for me was Cingular. They were previously Southwestern Bell and had the most extensive analog network. If you can't get it hooked up, please don't rip it out. Someone in the future will be really tickled to find an original factory phone that was not cut out of the car with a butcher knife.

An analog phone is a real plus for me since I live really deep in the boondocks where a digital phone is useless.
