I have not used Ben's but I know several peolpe who have and their opinion is less than favorable.

I use German Auto Center. They have always been great both in service and customer service. They don't gouge you either. I took my 300D to them making a terrible racket. I was prepared for the worst.

They found the drift key had fallen out of the alternator. It only cost me one hour labor. I beleive anyone else would have replaced the alternator.

Another time,the 300D just quit running. they arranged for a wrecker to rescue my wife and get her to work.

They checked it out thouroughly and it turned out she ran it out of fuel. They only charged me $5.00.
