Take it to your local Wal-Mart or recycle center. 90%+ take it for free and don't have volume limits. At walmart all you must do is sign a logbook (Even that you can lie about, they don't check anything ). I would hate to hear that you gunked up your IP just to get rid of some oil.

If you want to burn oil, just leave that to your valve seals or oil seperator.
