How 'bout one rule: we'll limit it to two or less drivers in the car and stops of approx. one hour or less along the way (gotta stop to eat, etc).

My sister and I drove from Silver Spring MD (a little north of Washington, DC) non-stop to Austin TX. If I remember correctly, the trip took us 26 hours. Our vehicle of choice was her screaming red mid-eighties Nissan 200-SX with that great V-6 engine under the hood.

We got a long splendidly, at least until Arkansas or so. I think she screamed something about killing my first born child after I got wrong directions from a "jokester" at a truck stop which sent us twenty miles SOUTH of the city. Our aunt and uncle live NORTH of the city on Lake Travis.

SO..... what's your longest NON-STOP road trip??
