From Fort Pierce, FL to Northern NJ. 21 hours with a 1 hour nap.

I also drove 13 hours from Grundy VA to NJ when I was about 18-19 years without stopping or getting out of my dad's pick-up.

He had 2 x 20 gallon saddle tanks and I wanted to see if I could make the drive without ANY stops. With a few creative in cab potty stops, I made it.
