I've got a 1987 420SEL which I just recently took ownership of...everything works great on it except the power seat adjustment on the driver's seat.

The fuse which controls power to it keeps blowing, sometimes after a few minutes of "seat adjustment", sometimes when not even using the power seat adjustment!

I am using a 25amp fuse as described in the fuse box cover.

I've checked what I can underneath the seat looking for exposed wiring and such and it all looks undamaged as far as I can see without removing the seat.

Anyone got any experience with a problem like this?
