Check to see if the cartridge trays are moving when you select the CD mode on your radio. You will have to hurry to check it or have someone watch it while you control the radio. If the disc trays don't move then your changer is going into error due to the fact it is not able to see that there are any CD's loaded. This means that you have sensors and motors that will need to be replaced. This is a typical problem and we can service it for you. Let me know if you need further help.
