In that case you very well may have to have the head removed to fix it.
I would probably try removing the plugs with both a warm and cold engine first to see if it makes a difference, I'd tend to think they'd come out easier if the engine was hot, but it would be alot less comfortable job.
You got some seized in there now, or just curious?
