this is sicker LOL
Remove the med kit or what ever it is called get a Digital Designs 9510 dual 2 ohm voice coils power it with a MMATS d200hc 1 ohm stable amp and do this get a 10" MDF sub mounting ring for your sub and raise it about 2/3" from the rear deck panel using small blocks of MDF to keep the woofer basket from slamming into the rear deck then fiberglass the sub mounting ring to the rear deck or have it done by a pro so that it looks nice. Install the sub wire up the amp and use the trunk as a huge sealed enclosure.
What do you think?

Me I opted to buy a JL Audio 8.2 micro sub enclosure and am putting in two Resonant Engineering RE 8’s in the enclosure (it’s a small ported enclosure) install via the metal hanger onto the rear shelf point the sub @ my head won’t be quite as loud as my previous system in a VW GTI 3 JL Audio 10W6’s wired in parallel powered by a DEI 1100d in a semi individual chambered dual ported box, but this will get me by until I get another hatch back and can use my Digital Designs 9515e to it’s fullest potential.
Good luck.
