Ditto on the Gold Class. (Or any other Meguiars product for that matter)

My wife had a day off yesterday and spent 4 hours with the three step (swirl remover, polish and wax) process. Car looks great.

For some of the tougher scratches, I found a product at Target called, "Meguiars Scratch-X". Didn't use it on the Merc, but I did try it on some small scratches on the '69 Fleetwood and they disappeared!
