This noise is probably caused by loose screws inside the steering wheel. If you remove the airbag from the steering wheel you will find 4 torx head screws that the horn contacts are mounted with.Tighten these 4 screws and also check the philips screws down inside the wheel for tightness. That should take care of the noise.
