I have been noticing a nailing sound. I used my mechanic's stethoscope and the #2 injector sounds louder than the others. So I am assuming this injector is the problem. I used the search feature and got some info. What I need to know is how to remove the injector it'self. Is there anything special to look out for. Anyone know what size wrench I need? What exactly is causing the "nailing" sound anyways? I just today used diesel purge and the nailing was there still. The funny thing is, this nailing doesn't happen all the time.
