Though I'm not familiar with any specific brands. One would guess that a leather patch/repair kit would be a good first step. The results may not be great or offer much durability, but it would be a heck of alot cheaper than replacing the leather. Of course, if you wanted to go that route just fill out a PartsShop inquiry and we'll see what we can do. As to where to look for a good patch kit; I'd try asking bodyshops, MBCA members, and of course the obligatory auto-parts stores. Perhaps a Shop Forum member may have some good input here...
