Unclamp the metal flex-tube thingie from the EGR valve. Unbolt the two bolts holding the EGR on and remove it. There will be a thin gasket under the EGR valve. Get yourself some aluminum sheet stock, 1/16" is as thick as you'd need. You should be able to cut this with sharp tinsnips. Use the gasket as a template to make a blockoff plate. Obviously you don't cut out the hole in the center of the gasket...... Install gasket, install blockoff plate, install EGR valve. TaDa! Your done. If you made the blockoff plate the exact dimensions of the gasket it is very difficult to tell it is installed at all. RT
