I have a silver 1993 190E 2.6 which has, what appears to be, water stains all over the hood of the car. When washed they reduce, but can still be seen. When waxed, they reduce some more but are still visible. They get progressively worse the longer the car is unwashed. Any idea what I could use to get rid of them as far as possible.

I also have concentrated small white bubble-like 'blisters' in patches on the hood and some on the top of the car as well. Looks like clear coat damage or possibly paint. Any idea how to reduce these??
