Well, I got it off.

But when i pulled the little tee out I expected it to have some pressure on it (spring pressure) but it didnt seem to have any. Pulled out very easily.

Does that sound normal?

Anyway, I positioned it a couple of notches clockwise and put the cap back on.

And maybe it helped the 2-3 flare a little...have to do some more testing.
