Just replaced the wire harness on Dieter. Took about 3 hours but well worth it (local MB shop was going to charge $950 p & l plus tax). If your wires look like this near the injectors, then more than likely they will look like the following photo. While I was at it, I replaced various vacuum hoses. This fixed a lot of problems with the CEL and idling. Good Luck.
