Sadly, scapling is not illegal in Arizona, making it rather difficult to get decent tickets to sporting events without paying considerably more than the face value of the ticket. When the Diamondbacks were in the World Series a couple of years ago, scalpers were employing homeless people to wait in line for hours or even days to purchase all the tickets they could, then turning around and selling them to the public at grossly inflated prices.

If you don't see a problem with that, I don't know what to tell you. This is profiteering and capitalism at its worst.
