seasoned salt
dried herb blend with thyme, rosemary, parsley, pepper, and sage
mix buttermilk and herb mix, marinate chicken overnight. mix flour and 2-3 tablespoons(or to your liking) of seasoned salt. drege, then dip in egg mixture, drege again. Using chopsticks to judge how hot the oil is(when the oil "frys" the chopsticks, it's hot), fry the chicken, browning it. Then place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, on paper towels.
