I've neglected to change my trans fluid since it was rebuilt over 110k miles ago. I elected to have it rebuilt after blowing a front seal. I change the engine oil religously, but not trans. I have spoken to a few transmission people with differing viewpoints. 2 of them have stated that if you haven't changed your trans fluid in that number of miles it would do more harm than good now. PS it is working flawlessly as I write this. Any thoughts on this?????
