Its really sad a kid would kil himself at 12. But unbelievably pathetic for someone to live like that when they have running water and plumbing.
But hey they have a new law out of it. Is'nt that great! You have to report bullies. What a great statement of how spineless our culure has become. (you know the 23.3% that just dont care).
