i recently had the glass seperating from the frame part of the lense assembly.
on closer inspection the epoxy/glue/sealant stuff had failed.

it failed to the point i could completely remove/pull away the lense itself.

i tried a post here and got little response...

i went to the auto parts store and finally picked a sealant that bonds glass [windshields].

i cleaned off the old goo, cleaned the inside of the lense. reattached it and is working fine.

any chance you are under warranty?
