Can't you get a new Infiniti G35 for around $35k? That's plenty of car for the money and would be under warranty.

While not a 'sports sedan' per sea, a W124 E420 with a Euro- Sport suspension upgrade (shocks & springs) would give plenty of driving pleasure for your low dollar amount.
