The reason I want this one is it's next door to a house we already have and it needs very little to get it going, this one's for sport
there is a ton of misreported data that is holding this thing up and I have found that the major lien is cleared. I just can't believe that the VA owns a home and has a ready willing and able buyer and I can't talk to a human.
Even bank foreclosures can get a little pricey but we have snagged a couple for real cheap.
