You misundertand my comment.
I was not accusing the agent of fraud, only lamenting that such a fine and rare car is presented in such a way that potential buyers either think it to be fraud ("they can't be that dumb") or a joke ("they really are that dumb").
And I think that a respected dealer would probably be able to move the car for a price that would put more money in the estate's pocket than this guy with his e-Bay sale. Don't forget, he isn't doing this for free.
