Thank for your reply. I ran the setup but didn't know what to change. There is a list of topics, DVD, General, System, and Display. I went thru General and System a few times and checked phone is in there in Auto mode and when I hold down the decorder the phone menu showed up and I could do everything in there, but there's just no sound!! If you could think of anything when you are at the shop with your book, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
