You're missing the point...Now that we've done the dirty work, and taken the bad rap for the war, and we've spent BILLIONS already...NOW the UN steps in to try to look like the hero of the whole mess, for "unamimously agreeing to rebuild Iraq." I would consider it a very noble gesture...If I didn't know better. The timing and intent is SO damned obvious! It fits their agenda of making us look bad, and themselves good, perfectly.
I'm well aware that we're not the only country that gives the UN large sums of money...but a HUGE portion of the money that they are going to spend on this came from us...and we've already spent billions, with the President already asking for more...and when that money is quickly spent, whose door do you think they will knock on for more???.....
