The bottom half of the switch activates the rear foglight.
Start up the truck, turn on the headlights, then look at the taillights. Then hit the bottom of the switch and check the taillights again, you'll see a bright section on the left taillight, that's the rear foglight.
There isn't a way to seperate the 2 different front foglights that I'm aware of, not if you want to use the factory switch. You'd want to wire the external foglight yourself.
