Anything you have in the way of factory recall documentation (document numbers) would probably be helpful to anyone else that might come across a 1987 300D/SDL or 1986 300SDL that still has the trap oxidizer.

There was some discussion a while back about whether or not Mercedes would still perform a turbo and exhaust replacement under the old recall.

Did you have any problem at all with the dealership in convincing them to do this under recall?
