The exterior didn't have any major dents, just a small ding here and there. The paint faded a little on the right side of the car. The engine looked clean and well maintained with 206km, however, the turbo did not work. The trap oxidyzer was replaced last year by the dealer, so I assume that the turbo must have worked then. It probably has a clogged ALDA line. The radiator, water pump and fuel filters look new and clean and the engine temp is just over 80.

The interior of the car NEEDS a LOT OF WORK. The dash is cracked and the A/C is original R12 with the center vents not working (need to replace dash and all vacuum elements and maybe compressor soon). The ACC buttons try to pop out when others are pressed. Antenna does not work. New transmission shifts really hard from 2nd to 3rd, but his mechanic says it is just a vacuum line. Drivers seat and center armrest upholstery need replacing. Glow plug light does not go on. ABS felt like it kicked in when braking at low speed, when no lock up occurred. Hood release lever not hooked up. Engine will not start in P, but will start in N. Outside Temp Gage on dash does not work. Rear hatch shocks shot.
The asking price is $5500. Knowing the problems listed above, should I make an offer, or walk (maybe run)! I can do all the work myself.
