That is the same Motorola phone I have in my 96 E320 and had activated by Verizon.
Problem is, that I don't have the phone users manual....I went to the Motorola site and I downloaded a manual that seems to be VERY close to my phone and I have been able to use most functions.
Do you also have the integrated controller in the storage box on the center panel (below the car stereo head)?
Do you happen to know what that phone model number is??
