Interesting you should post this about a shop in the U.K. Just a few weeks ago, here is the States, there was a piece on The Learning Channel titled "Worlds Worst Mechanics" or something along those lines. Probably 80% of the shops detailed were from the U.K..

Of the scams shown, most involved unperformed repairs which were caught on hidden cameras. One fellow went in for a cluctch problem, was told he needed a new clutch and pressure plate, the bill was something like 700 pounds and the camera mounted in the car showed all they did was park it in the shop for 5 hours. But he did receive a 90 day warranty on installed parts!!!

Sounds like this dealer is a prime candidate for the next expose'.
