I can confirm english main dealers, and normal mechanics are genrally poor.
I have had quite a few bad experiences, and plenty of bills for over £1500.
The service has always been poor, and the car has always been returned dirty, and covered in oily finger marks inside and out.

I feel better now having a moan on a monday morning!!
