Got that 85 380SE hoping to maybe have it as a winter car. I received it from a family freind so payed nothing for it. He had it only for a year and its a canadian car all its life. It never seen rustproofing and the undercarriage was not maintained at all. Car itself otherwise looks good aswell as interior but underneath is the problem. Now what happened is the engine mounts and some other vital components completely rusted out and the front end is cracked. I could not even jack up the car cause its ready to fall apart.

Nothing I can do now about it so its gonna be used as a parts car. I feel so bad that this car has gone to shame due to people's carelessness. Mine SEL is flawless and is 2yrs older than this 85 SE. Dad says I cant drive it because it could fall apart on road or god knows.

It will now be parked at my cottage out of town waiting to be stripped year by year.
