While working on some of my transmission gremlins and sizing up the job of replacing my shift bushing I noticed the transmission was almost resting on the crossover bracket.
Tracing the obvious droop back to the passenger side engine mount. The mount is not broken but “collapsed”. The rubber appears to be compressed into the metal bracket.
Is this common deterioration of the rubber or some other source?
Oh and it looks like it time to replace the pass. side support rod joint
