Meaning , those screaming racism are in faCt the racists themselves looking for a "reason" to lash out at whites. At least, I think that is what he is saying..
The thing that I find so comical about Limbaugh's tirade is that he thought that the most important wrong that he needed to correct that day was that black people have it too easy in this country. With everything else going on in the world, that is the evil he chose to fight? Give me a break.

Of course Limbaugh's comments were racist. Don't you think that he intended his audience to view other black people in prominent positions, whether in football, business, politics, or whatever, as being the beneficiaries of preferental treatment? Of course, he would make an exception for, say, Clarence Thomas, because Justice Thomas's nomination had nothing to do with race. He was nominated because he was the single most qualified person in the country to be on the Supreme Court. And if you believe that, I've got a bridge I need to sell. Limbaugh's tirade was racist garbage. That every defensive coordinator in the NFL probably disagrees with his analysis did not matter to him, because he figured that there was a large audience out there eager to buy his ridiculous spin.
