Help me: Anxiety
For some reason, the last few days, I've felt much anxiety. It's very strange, because there's not really anything i'm anxious about. I'm not work stressed, don't have girl troubles, the only thing is I recently got mild tinnitus which scared me a lot at first, but now I don't really notice it (it's still there).
I'm fairly sure it was brought on by that, but I don't worry about it, so why the constant anxiety?
I'm usually a very (too?) relaxed person, and I don't feel inadequate about myself or anything like that.
Any thoughts/opinions?
P.S. I want to hear good things, not bad!
