:p..... always ten seconds behind!

There should be a lot of posts that describe timing... some in pretty good detail. Use the search feature would be my suggestion (I've never messed with timing so I don't know anything about it)..... it may be hard to find the answer you're looking for though but I bet it's there somewhere. If not, someone will help you out.
