Kudos to ************** for actually SHIPPING my timing chain kit and getting them to me FAST and with no complaints, problems, etc.
Ordered a timing set from them (kit with Iwis chain, Swag tensioner and upper guide) online. Paid with Paypal and ask for it to be shipped to a different address (don't get reliable UPS here). They had no problem with that and I got the parts less than a week later!
So whatsupwidat? Don't they know that online Merc dealers are supposed to be as crooked as my...., well, at the very LEAST they need to learn to "lose" the item in shipment, have them "backordered" till next year, not be able to "ship to that address", or otherwise be a PITA to deal with.
At this rate, they'll actually have to continue selling parts to repeat customers! What're they thinkin'???
