I think there is no age on those rubber items in the transmision or the suspension. It depends heavily on the style of driving the car, manual or auto-tranny, towing are not and even the whether conditions ( warm and dry or cold and wet )...
On my car, they are 326000 km old and still going strong. But I can expect one of these days...
Fortunately these items announce a failure. One can feel/hear them before they are completely gone !
