Aftermarkets are available for your car. Just be sure they support the fiber-optics used beginning in 99. You can either search the forum archives..there are many posts on this subject...or...since you are in NJ, you can call Zippo's Car Stereo. They have them and the necessary adaptors. They have locations in East Brunswick and Central NJ.
