speaking of MS. I was on the cars.com website and found an 87 190DT for sale by a guy in the FTL area. It sounded like a great car (1 senior owner, low miles (93K, I think), all records, etc...) So I decided to call about it on a Sunday afternoon. I was one day too late, the gentleman told me that he sold it to a Mercedes dealership in FTL the day before. He told me that he got his asking price without any problem (he was asking like $4950 or somewhere around there). Now, eariler that day (the day I called about the car), I was on AutoTrader.com and saw MercedesShowroom has a 87 190DT (remarkably similar to the one for sale). Knowing this, I got curious and asked the seller if he sold it to MercedesShowroom. He replied "yes! I did" how did you know? I told him about the ad they had on AutoTrader.com for $13,900.

BTW: They've had this 87 Cabernet 300D on their lot for what seems like 3 years now. Wonder why??
