Do you happen to know what kind of reader was used?

I'm not confident that the AZ personnel knew all the features of their reader. All I got was the P0170 code, no actual values or the diagnostic reports.

I found a MAF on eBay for cheap, it was the product of a misdiagnosed problem. If I don't need it, maybe you'd be interested in trying it??
