I'm having my local MB dealer install E55 shocks, springs and rear swaybar in my 1999 E300TD- (I've already done the front bar myself.) I know the rear sway bar is a bear to install (remove rear subframe), but I was quite surprised when they said it would take AT LEAST 6 HOURS in labor to install just the rear bar!! Am I getting ripped off here, or am I just out of touch? Should it take that long?
Also, approx how many labor hours should I expect for the install of the front and rear springs/shocks??
If I AM getting ripped off, who should I talk to at the dealership and how should I justify my complaint??
Many thanks!
