My opinion on the matter, for what it is worth, is to replace them all at once. It is almost guaranteed that if you only do one, you will be pulling that baby apart again within weeks to do another one or two...Murphy's Law. I hate getting all oily and greasy so I like to do everything at once. I know others say to only do what is needed, but they may have more time on their hands than me. I have a wife who has a honey do list a mile long and nothing pertaining to my car or hers is on that list.
