Some more detail...

1. Clean entire tank
2. Rough up plastic in area of repair.
3. Coat area around hole -- maybe 2-3 beyond hole all around with epoxy
4. Set Woven Rov. (not sure which # fabric... but I'll know it when I see it. )
5. Soak Woven with epoxy. Try to keep in neat.
6. Let set-up.
7. Repeat 4-6 (a few times for thickness)
8. clean/sand make look nice
