If you are willing to only go with SVO when it is warm out you can just dump it right in the tank. I have run up to 65% veggie to diesel this way in the summer. It will only work down to about 50 degrees for a mix, (lesser concentration of SVO as it cools off). I set myself up with a hand crank pump, some plastic hose, fittings, and an inline filter like you see on gas pump hoses for about $45. That with some 5 gallon buckets and I was in business. For next year I will add actual gas cans instead of buckets, and a sock type filter as a first step, but you can do this for cheap as long as you don't want to go year round.
If (when?)I get real ambitious, I will pull the tank out of my parts car and plumb it for heat, then just replace my existing tank with the heated one so I can run svo on road trips even when it is cold. I don't think I want to get into 2 tanks, I need the trunk room for gear what with 3 kids.
