It's nostalgic for me and I just love these cars. As a very young boy in the '60s, many times I've discharged the battery of our '54 Cadillac deVille (got some spanking for that) and turning the choke knob on our MB 180D so it will cruise without the driver's foot on the accelerator pedal (sort of a cruise control)
