the front part of the lock assembly turnes now all the way 360* ether way but the tumbler is still not turning and I can't put a key in anymore as something is blocking inside tumbler....i can see pieces of metal. Can I remove it this way, because the top/front part turnes and I can align the hole, but is the whole tumbler needs to be turning or the front part is enogh?
