Possibilities

I had a 1981 Ford Mustang years ago with the 3.3L inline 6 (the good old 200 used for years by Ford in cars). It started filling the air cleaner housing up with oil everyday. I went through many things, including putting a rebuilt engine in as the car was losing power and the automatic transmission did not shift right. After a rebuilt motor and a good used transmission, the problems still didn't go away. I found that the exhaust manifold had become stopped up. This was putting back pressure in the crank case and oil was coming back through the PCV system into the breather. Something is obviously pressurizing your crankcase - I would look for plugged catalytic convertor. This may not be it, I but its worth a try.
